Superior Global Solutions, Inc. Acquires Proveros, Inc.

 November 5, 2008 - Bedford, New Hampshire – Proveros, Inc. today announced that Superior Global Solutions, Inc., a leader in healthcare outsourcing, has completed their acquisition of the assets and business of Proveros, Inc., a provider of medical transcription services based in Bedford, New Hampshire .  Proveros boasts a prestigious slate of many of the top healthcare clients across the US.  Under the terms of the agreement, Superior Global purchased substantially all of the assets of Proveros for an undisclosed sum.

 The Proveros business and employees are now part of Superior Global. With this acquisition, Superior Global now has one of the largest medical transcription bases in the country.  Superior Global will leverage Proveros’ excellent reputation in a segment of the marketplace not currently served by Superior Global and will leverage Superior Global’s infrastructure to better serve Proveros’ existing clients and the new clients of the combined companies.
