Stephen Dunkle, President and CEO - Steve has in excess of 20 years experience in the startup, development, marketing, acquisition and divestiture of companies involved in healthcare technology and transcription services.  

In addition to starting and subsequently selling multiple companies, he has served as a HIPAA Compliance Officer, Chief Operating Officer, independent consultant to The Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI), Chair of their Vendor Affiliate Program committee and is a member if the AHDI/AHIMA Transcription Futures Group.  He served seven years as a board member of the Medical Transcription Industry Alliance (MTIA) and two terms as president as well as various committee chair positions. 

He has been a speaker on behalf of AHIMA (American Hospital Information Management Association), HIMSS (Health Information Management Systems Society), TEPR (Toward an Electronic Patient Record) MTIA and AHDI on such topics as, business development, mergers and acquisitions, speech recognition and various other technologies, their use and impact on the healthcare paradigm as they affect the medical transcription industry.

Mary Ann Murphy, CMT – Director Finance and Human Resources - Mary Ann has spent the last –10 years as financial advisor to corporations –5 of which were specifically to MTSOs. She is a –Certified Medical Transcriptionist and Vice President New England Chapter AHDI.

Jay Vance, CMT – Director of Operational Deployment – Jay has extensive experience in all areas of medical transcription operations and management, as well as a strong technology background. He has served as a technical consultant to AHDI and is the architect of a number of AHDI’s web-based technology initiatives.  Jay also has hands-on experience with MT internship and workforce development programs. 

Sydniee “Syd” Schuster – Director of Quality Assurance & Auditing - Syd began her career as a Medical Language Specialist (MLS) at Sinai Hospital where over her 5 years there she served as a transcriptionist, lead and supervisor of the department. She then spent the next 10 more years with multiple national MTSOs as an MLS and eventually became one of the industry's foremost lead quality assurance technicians.

Jean LoPizzo, CMT – Director Project Management - Jean has –20 years of combined experience in medical transcription, quality assurance, multiple specialties, clinics and acute care; physician offices and medical manufacturing.

Most recently she was a Quality Assurance Specialist with eScription, Inc. She presently serves as President New England Chapter AHDI.

Corinne "Corie" Baumeister – Director Training and Account Manager - Corie has spent the last 10 plus years in transcription as an MLS, manager, trainer and educator.

In addition to her duties as Proveros' Director Training and Account Manager she is also responsible for the Proveros Internship and Mentoring Program. In additional to the previous Corie's background includes banking, management, sales and investing.

 Teresa D. Springer -
Military Spouse Liaison Officer
Teresa is the wife of US Air Force E-6, Crew Chief Springer who serves on a KC-135 Air Refueler.  He has severed two tours for Iraqi Freedom and one in Kosovo. He is presently slated for a tour in Kuriqastan to support the ground troops in Afghanistan with a return to Iraq pending in May. 

Teresa started with WHIPA as the Military Spouse Liaison Officer in March 2008.  Teresa has an extensive background in customer service that includes supervisor experience.  She has over 5 years of Accounting and Business education and is a certified Bookkeeper.

She brings her detail-orientation, energy, exuberance, excellent communication and computer skills to Proveros.  In addition to her duties as the Military Spouse Liaison Officer she is working her way through the Proveros Certified Apprenticeship Program. She and her husband tend to their three biological children as well as their 2 foster children.
